If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, our 10 Days Easy Exchange/Return policy ensures that you can exchange or return the product.
Exchange and Return Policy
Notify Us:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product from the delivery person.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
- The product must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Products must be unused and unaltered.
- Products sold under any sale or discount offer can only be exchanged or returned if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Within Dhaka: We will resolve your issue within 7 working days after receiving your notification.
- Outside Dhaka: We will resolve your issue within 10 working days.
Non-Eligible Items for Exchange/Return:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse.
- Products sold in sets or combos cannot be returned or replaced as individual items.
- Used products or products without their original tags and packaging.
Return Delivery Charges
We will cover the return delivery charges if:
- You received a product with the wrong size or color.
- The product is defective or physically damaged.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
You will cover the return delivery charges if:
- You change your mind and decide to return the product after it has been delivered.
Refund Policy
We guarantee that your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- We are unable to deliver the ordered product.
- The ordered product is unavailable for a replacement.
- A different product was delivered.
- System error or incorrect item pricing.

Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-15 days after we receive the returned package.
- For payments made via mobile wallets (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Nagad), refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the same account.
Refund Deduction:
- If any cashback or free delivery was provided at the time of purchase, the amount equal to the cashback will be deducted from the refund.
Note:
If your return request does not meet our policy requirements, it will be rejected. The item will be returned to you within 6-8 days. After three failed delivery attempts, the item will be discarded, and no refund will be provided.
